Solid quality, decent process

I ordered an Engraved Address Kick Plate from Deck The Door Decor. The ordering process online was straightforward, letting me customize the text easily. It shipped out in about 5 business days and arrived well-protected. The engraving on the plate was clean and precise, exactly as I had previewed. I mounted it with the screw mount option, and the hardware provided was adequate. The only minor hiccup was that the tracking update was a day behind, so it arrived a bit unexpectedly. Otherwise, a good experience overall, and the plate feels very durable for outdoor use.

Okay, but slow shipping

I bought a Black Kick Plate. It looked good when it arrived. The quality seems fine. However, shipping took longer than expected; it was about 10 days to get here. The product itself was as described.

Nice new kick plate

I ordered a black kick plate for my front door a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on the website. Shipping was quick, got it in about 5 days to Phoenix. It looks really good, definitely makes the door look a bit nicer. Installation was simple, just screwed it in. Happy with how it turned out.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered a Custom Sized Kick Plate and an Engraved Address Kick Plate back in April. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, though I had a couple of questions about measurements and used their customer support chat feature. They responded within a few hours which was good. The products themselves arrived well-packaged and the quality of the engraving on the address plate was sharp. The kick plate fit perfectly because I followed their measuring guide. My only real gripe was the lead time for the custom plates; it took about 3 weeks for them to ship, which felt a bit long, but I knew custom items take time. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Love my new door hardware!

Oh my gosh, I just got my new Monogrammed Door Kick Plate and a matching Door Push Plate and they are absolutely gorgeous! The brass finish is so shiny and elegant, it really makes my front door pop. Installation was a breeze too, everything lined up perfectly. I'm already thinking about getting one for the back door. Definitely recommending Deck The Door Decor to all my friends, this quality is just fantastic!

Good quality, slow delivery

I bought a custom-sized kick plate for my side door. The quality of the stainless steel is really good, feels very sturdy and well-made. The measurements were spot on too, fit perfectly. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, about 10 days to reach me in Seattle. I understand it was custom, but maybe clearer communication on lead times would help. Overall, a solid product, but the wait was a bit long.

Good kick plate, took a bit

I got a Brass Door Kick Plate for my front door a couple weeks ago. It looks really nice, definitely spruces things up. It took about 9 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a little long. But it was well-packaged and easy enough to install. I'd probably order from them again if I need another one.

Love my custom plate!

I am so excited about my new monogrammed door kick plate! It looks absolutely beautiful on my front door. The engraving is perfect, really high quality. I got the brass one and it just shines. I will absolutely be shopping here again for my back door soon. My friends have already asked where I got it!
